The Ocean meal tray takes your guests on a journey through a fresh, sea-facing selection, composed on the morning of delivery. To start, a dill-marinated salmon gravlax, escorted by a lemony cream and soft blinis. The main course puts a roast cod loin centre stage, coated in a delicate beurre blanc and served with a creamy lemon risotto. A melting pan of seasonal vegetables rounds out the tray. To close this meal on a note of freshness, a lemon meringue tart with its crisp shortcrust pastry. Artisan country bread, cutlery, a napkin and condiments are included, for an elegant lunch that makes a welcome change from the everyday routine of the meeting room. Minimum order €300: combine it with our other menus to reach the threshold.

Can we order meal trays by the unit?
Yes, you order by the unit, with a minimum order of €300 per delivery, that is seven to eleven trays depending on the model. You adjust the number of trays and the main course choice for each guest.
Is there a halal meal tray?
Yes. Pork-free is specified when you order, on any tray; for a fully halal version, the Halal meal tray is €44.30 each, with two menus to choose from, certified halal meat, no pork and no alcohol, delivered sealed and labelled for a mixed team.
