What feeding a stand actually costs
For a stand team, allow €52.90 to €58.90 per person per day for a full offer, depending on the length of the show. For a VIP lounge with cocktail pieces on scheduled top-ups, allow €36 to €58 per visitor per day depending on the number of pieces.
A four-day show with a team of thirty and eighty VIP visitors a day comes to roughly €21,600: a budget decided months ahead, not the night before.
Our rate drops from the fifth day delivered, which covers long shows and exhibitors who do several shows a year.
What makes an exhibition centre different
The large venues impose strict delivery windows, usually before the doors open to the public, and a vehicle access badge to be requested in advance from the organiser. We need the hall, the aisle and the stand number to set the window.
Storage on a stand is tiny and rarely refrigerated. We deliver in staged quantities rather than all at once, so nothing sits at room temperature all day.
On a stand, catering is also a sales tool: a table still stocked at four in the afternoon keeps visitors there. Topping up matters as much as the first delivery.
What we deliver on a show
For the team: a morning welcome, lunch in individual or shared format depending on the space, hot and cold drinks throughout.
For the VIP lounge: cold savoury and sweet cocktail pieces, topping up scheduled around the busiest hours, presented on platters ready to be placed.
For both: cutlery, cups, napkins, and collection of the equipment at the end of the show. Nothing for your team to handle, since they have other things to do.
