Formats

What to order

A works council hosts employees, sometimes their children, on a voted budget with an invoice that has to be clean. These are the catalogue menus that suit those occasions, with their actual price per person.

Budget

What budget to plan for

Based on the starting price of the cheapest menu in each format: net prices, delivery included in Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne surcharge). From 100 guests the price per person drops by tier, so the actual total is lower. €300 minimum per delivery.

Your constraints

Your constraints, our answer

A voted budget, an invoice to the works council
The proposal is priced line by line, per menu and per person, before any commitment. The invoice is issued in the works council's name, with its address and internal reference, and available in the customer account.
Children among the guests
For a Christmas event or a family day, tell us how many children are coming: sweet canapés and soft drinks are adjusted, and allergens are listed on every menu.
A party away from the office
Hired room, river boat, park: give us the exact address, the access time and the contact on site. Everything arrives ready to serve and is eaten cold; plan some tables, and set-up by our team is available as an option.
December fills up early
Year-end parties are best ordered several weeks ahead; the minimum notice stays at 24 hours, 48 hours from 100 guests. December dates are booked as soon as the budget is voted.

How it works

How an order runs

  1. At least 24 hours ahead

Choose the menu online with the headcount, address and delivery window, then pay: the order is confirmed. Allow 48 hours from 100 guests.

  2. For anything bespoke

Describe the occasion (headcount, timings, dietary needs, venue): a priced proposal comes back within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.

  3. On the day

Delivery in the window you chose, handed over at reception, at the works council office or to the person you named, delivery note signed.

  4. Afterwards

The invoice in the works council's name is available in your customer account.

A headcount, a date and an address: that is all we need

Frequently asked

What should we budget for a year-end party for 80 employees?
€1,752 at the listed price of the cheapest reception menu in this format, i.e. €21.90 per person. Drinks and set-up by our team are added if you choose them. Order at least 24 hours ahead, but December dates go quickly.
Can the invoice be addressed to the works council rather than the company?
Yes. Give us the works council's name, address and reference when you order: the invoice is issued in that name and stays available in the customer account.
Do you offer pork-free or halal menus for a staff party?
Yes: halal meal trays and pork-free receptions are in the catalogue, marked as such. Tell us the number of guests per diet, and trays are labelled.
Can you deliver leaving drinks for 5.30pm?
Yes, in the 5 to 7pm window, from €20.30 per person. The reception arrives ready to serve; tell us the floor and the room.
