Payment in full by card when you order confirms the date. Nothing is produced before it is received.

Refrigerated vehicle and driver, unbroken cold chain, hand-over at the agreed time slot to your on-site contact.

- Do you deliver anywhere in France?
- Yes, to every city in mainland France for large corporate events: within 48 hours in Amiens, Angers, Caen, Deauville, Le Havre, Le Mans, Orléans, Rouen and Tours, within 72 hours everywhere else. Corsica and overseas territories are quoted case by case.
- What lead time should we allow?
- For a large event, 48 hours in nearby cities and 72 hours elsewhere. Beyond a thousand guests, preparation takes longer: four days at a thousand, five at two thousand. A smaller order outside Île-de-France needs 5 days. In Île-de-France, the usual notice is 24 hours, 48 hours from one hundred guests.
- How many guests can you cater for?
- From one hundred to several thousand guests, over one or several days. Each day and each meal appears on the same proposal.
- How is the logistics cost calculated?
- On the real distance travelled by the refrigerated vehicle, never as a percentage of your order. It appears as its own line on the proposal.
- Does the venue accept an outside caterer?
- Each venue sets its own rules: some exhibition centres and stadiums have exclusive caterers in certain spaces. Check with the organiser before ordering; we deliver wherever outside catering is allowed: stands, rented rooms, offices, hotels, private venues.
- Do you provide waiting staff?
- No: delivery is buffet-ready, with disposable tableware. Buffet set-up on site is available as an option.
