How are dietary requirements labelled?

Every menu lists its dietary options (vegetarian, vegan, pork-free, gluten-free, halal) and its allergens. When you order, tell us how many people need each: the relevant trays arrive labelled, and you can give us names so each person finds their own.

Can we order when we don't know who will be in the office?

Yes: order for the number expected that day. Menus come in sizes of ten and meal trays are sold individually, so the order can match the real headcount.

How much notice for a kick-off or an all-hands of more than 100 people?

At least 48 hours from 100 guests, three days for 500, four days for 1,000, five days for 2,000 and seven days beyond. A bespoke request gets a priced proposal within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm).

Can you deliver an afterwork at the end of the day?

Yes, up to the 5 to 7pm window. The savoury and sweet bites are served cold, ready to share standing up, with disposable tableware included.

Our purchasing team needs a purchase order. How do we pay?

For a large company order, you sign the purchase order online and pay by bank transfer; preparation starts once the funds are received. Otherwise, payment is by secure card payment when you order.
