Describe the occasion (headcount, timings, dietary needs, venue): a priced proposal comes back within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.
On the day
Delivery in the window you chose, handed over in store, in the stockroom or to the person you named, delivery note signed.
Afterwards
The invoice in the name of the company, the store or head office is available in your customer account.
