What to order
A campus runs on the same calendar every year: welcome week, careers fairs, panels, ceremonies. These are the catalogue menus that match those dates, with their actual price per person.
Graduation ceremony and class gala
From €20.30 per person · 24 hours' notice
After the ceremony, graduates, families and faculty stay on their feet in the hall or the lecture theatre: savoury and sweet canapés ready to serve, split into several stations once you go past a few hundred guests.
To feed recruiters on their stands, or to welcome prospective students and their parents: a buffet to share, laid out on tables in the hall, with a vegetarian menu so everyone finds something.
Admissions panel, thesis defence and board meeting
From €18.40 per person · 24 hours' notice
A full day of admissions interviews, a run of thesis defences or a school board meeting: one tray per panel member, eaten between two candidates without leaving the room.
Based on the starting price of the cheapest menu in each format: net prices, delivery included in Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne surcharge). From 100 guests the price per person drops by tier, so the actual total is lower. €300 minimum per delivery.
Prices are net and shown before you order, with no delivery charge in Île-de-France (a supplement applies in Seine-et-Marne). With a coffee break from €5.50 per person, around sixty guests take you past the €300 minimum per delivery.
Campuses where nothing is easy to find
Give us the building, the nearest entrance, the room or lecture theatre and the phone number of the person receiving the order. On a closed campus, let reception or the security desk know a driver is coming.
Numbers confirmed at the last minute
Sign-ups for a graduation often close late. Order on the confirmed headcount: 24 hours' notice is enough up to 99 guests, 48 hours from 100.
Who pays: the school, the student union or the junior enterprise
The invoice is made out to whichever body places the order. Payment by secure card payment when you order or, for a large school order, by bank transfer against a signed purchase order; preparation starts once the funds are received.
How it works
How an order runs
1
At least 24 hours ahead
Choose the menu online with the headcount, address and delivery window, then pay: the order is confirmed. Allow 48 hours from 100 guests.
2
For anything bespoke
Describe the occasion (headcount, timings, dietary needs, venue): a priced proposal comes back within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.
3
On the day
Delivery in the window you chose, handed over at the building's reception or to the person you named, delivery note signed.
4
Afterwards
The invoice in the name of the school or the society is available in your customer account.
A headcount, a date and an address: that is all we need
What should we budget for a graduation reception for 150 guests?
€3,045 at the listed price of the cheapest cocktail menu in this format, which is €20.30 per person. From 100 guests the price per person falls by tier, so the actual total is lower. Order at least 48 hours ahead.
Can a student union or a junior enterprise place an order?
Yes, like any organisation: the invoice is made out to the society, and payment is by secure card payment when you order. €300 minimum per delivery.
Do you deliver to campuses outside Paris?
Yes, anywhere in Île-de-France with the same lead times: Saclay, Cergy, Marne-la-Vallée, Évry or Saint-Denis. Give us the building, the entrance and a contact on site.
What works for an admissions panel that sits all day?
An individual meal tray per panel member for lunch, from €18.40, and a coffee break to welcome everyone in the morning. Trays are ordered one by one.
Can you cater a student gala?
We deliver the canapés ready to serve in the 5 to 7pm window and offer buffet set-up on site by our team as an option; there are no service staff during the evening.
