What to order
A charity spends its members' or its donors' money, so every euro has to be justified. These are the catalogue menus that match its regular fixtures, with their actual price per person.
Annual general meeting
From €5.50 per person · 24 hours' notice
Welcoming members before the meeting opens, then a break between the annual report and the votes: coffee, tea, sweet bites and fruit, at the lowest prices in the catalogue.
Fundraising galas, donor evenings and campaign launches
From €20.30 per person · 24 hours' notice
A fundraising night, a foundation's prize-giving, the launch of a campaign: savoury and sweet canapés ready to serve, delivered in the end-of-day window.
After a collection drive, a charity run or a season of activity: a generous, simple buffet to share, laid out on a table for everyone to help themselves.
A board that sits through lunch or an extended committee meeting: one individual tray per trustee, ordered one by one, so the agenda keeps moving and nobody has to go out to eat.
Based on the starting price of the cheapest menu in each format: net prices, delivery included in Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne surcharge). From 100 guests the price per person drops by tier, so the actual total is lower. €300 minimum per delivery.
Prices are net and shown before you order: the amount you work out online is the amount you pay, with delivery included across Île-de-France (a supplement applies in Seine-et-Marne).
Turnout that is hard to predict
AGM registrations keep arriving until the day before. Order for the confirmed headcount: 24 hours' notice is enough up to 99 guests, 48 hours from 100.
Borrowed or hired rooms
A town hall room, a patron's auditorium, a venue hired by the hour: everything arrives ready to serve, disposable tableware included. Give us the room's opening times and the name of the person receiving the order.
Guests of every age and every habit
Vegetarian, vegan, pork-free, gluten-free, halal: dietary options and allergens are listed on every menu.
How it works
How an order runs
1
At least 24 hours ahead
Choose the menu online with the headcount, address and delivery window, then pay: the order is confirmed. Allow 48 hours from 100 guests.
2
For anything bespoke
Describe the occasion (headcount, timings, dietary needs, venue): a priced proposal comes back within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.
3
On the day
Delivery in the window you chose, handed over to the person you name at the venue, delivery note signed.
4
Afterwards
The invoice in the charity's or foundation's name is available in your customer account.
A headcount, a date and an address: that is all we need
What should we budget to welcome 80 members to an AGM?
€440 at the listed price of the cheapest break in this format, that is €5.50 per person. Net prices with no VAT to add, and delivery included across Île-de-France (a supplement applies in Seine-et-Marne).
Can a small charity order?
Yes, from €300 per delivery. The invoice is made out to the charity, and payment is by secure card payment when you order.
What should we plan for a fundraising gala?
A canapé reception from €20.30 per person, delivered ready to serve in the 5 to 7pm window. On-site buffet set-up is available as an option; we do not provide service staff.
Can you deliver to a room lent by a town hall or a patron?
Yes. Give us the room's opening times, the access details and the on-site contact: the delivery window is chosen to match.
How much notice for an event of more than 100 people?
At least 48 hours from 100 guests, three days for 500. A bespoke request gets a priced proposal within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm).
