What to order

Features, series, commercials, music videos, TV shows and photo shoots: these are the catalogue menus that hold up on set, with their actual price per person.

Individual crew meals

From €27.40 per person · 24 hours' notice

One sealed tray per person, eaten between set-ups, in a trailer or on the corner of a table, and it stays closed until someone is ready to eat, even when a scene runs over. Vegan, gluten-free and halal versions are labelled.

Your constraints

Your constraints, our answer

No kitchen and no spare power on set
Everything we deliver is eaten cold or at room temperature, with no equipment, no power and no catering staff standing by. Nothing to set up, nothing to reheat.
Timings that follow the schedule
Deliveries start from 7am, and lunch arrives in the agreed window rather than at a fixed time. For an earlier call or a night shoot, say so in your request: we tell you plainly what we can do before we price it.
Dietary needs for every member of the crew
Vegetarian, vegan, pork-free, gluten-free, halal: tell us how many people need each, and their names if you like. The relevant trays arrive labelled, and allergens are listed on every menu.
Easy to eat between set-ups
Sealed individual trays travel from one set to the next and need no laid table. Nobody waits for the whole crew to be free at the same time.
Locations with awkward access
No parking, street permits, an upper floor with no service lift: give us the exact unit base address, vehicle access and the production office contact when you order, and the delivery window is set accordingly.
Multi-day shoots
One proposal for the whole shoot, with a day rate that falls with length: €58.90 per person, €55.90 from five days, €52.90 from fifteen, breakfast, lunch and craft services included. Crew numbers are fixed week by week and can be changed until the preceding Friday for the following week.

How it works

How an order runs

  1. The schedule

Send the shoot dates, crew numbers per day, locations, call times and dietary needs.

  2. Within 2 hours during the day

A priced proposal in English, for a single day or for the whole shoot.

  3. Sign-off

Payment in full before the first day, by card or by bank transfer against a signed purchase order: every delivery slot for the shoot is booked in your name.

  4. Every shoot day

Breakfast before call, lunch in the agreed window, craft services in place for the day.

  5. During the shoot

Next week's crew numbers can be adjusted until the Friday before.

A headcount, a date and an address: that is all we need

Frequently asked

How much does crew catering cost for a shoot in Paris?
For a full day (breakfast, lunch and craft services): €58.90 per person for a short booking, €55.90 from five days and €52.90 from fifteen. For lunch alone, individual crew meals start at €27.40 per person. Prices are net, with no VAT to add.
Can you deliver before an early call?
Deliveries start at 7am. For an earlier call time, say so in your request and you will get a straight answer before anything is priced.
Do we need a kitchen or catering staff on set?
No. Everything arrives ready to eat, with no cooking, no power and no staff standing by. Your crew has nothing to set up.
How do you handle the crew's dietary requirements?
Tell us how many people need each option (vegetarian, vegan, pork-free, gluten-free, halal), and their names if you like: the relevant trays arrive labelled. Allergens are listed on every menu.
Do you deliver to studios and to locations?
Yes, anywhere in Île-de-France: studios in Boulogne-Billancourt or La Plaine Saint-Denis, locations in Paris, Montreuil or Saint-Ouen. Give us the exact unit base address, vehicle access and the production office contact.
Do you work with foreign productions?
Yes, in English end to end: proposal, terms, invoices and correspondence. Prices are net, with no French VAT to add or reclaim.
Can crew numbers change during the shoot?
Yes, week by week: numbers are fixed for the current week and can be changed until the preceding Friday for the following one. An increase is invoiced as a top-up; a decrease does not lead to a refund.
How do we pay?
In full before the first shoot day, by secure card payment or, for a large production order, by bank transfer against a signed purchase order. Payment books every delivery slot for the shoot.
