On request, the proposal and the invoice are written in English, priced line by line, per menu and per person, for an internal purchase order. The order is confirmed on payment.

The national day, visits and conferences are booked as soon as the date is known; the minimum notice stays at 24 hours, 48 hours from 100 guests, and the price per person falls by tier above 100.

How an order runs

  1. At least 24 hours ahead

    Choose the menu online with the headcount, address and delivery window, then pay: the order is confirmed. Allow 48 hours from 100 guests.

  2. For anything bespoke

    Describe the occasion (headcount, timings, dietary needs, venue): a priced proposal comes back within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.

  3. On the day

    Delivery in the window you chose, handed over at reception, to general services or to the person you named, delivery note signed.

  4. Afterwards

    The invoice in the name of the embassy, the mission or the organisation is available in your customer account.
