Ranges taken from catering franchise offers published in France in 2025 and 2026.
Becoming a corporate caterer without a production kitchen
Our menus arrive ready to serve: you need premises that meet hygiene standards, registered and equipped for chilled storage, but no 200 m² production kitchen and no kitchen brigade. Your investment remains a fraction of a catering franchise, and you can break even sooner.
Example: a thriving metropolitan area
In a major metropolitan area, a well-worked area can reach 250,000 euros excl. VAT of delivered orders a year. If half comes from the website, Crozy pays you 93,750 euros, plus 125,000 euros from your direct sales: 218,750 euros of revenue for you, for 4,680 euros of brand fees over the year.
Illustrative, non-contractual example: your revenue depends on your area and your direct sales.
The Crozy Workshop: five days to get started

Areas opening first
France's major cities and their metropolitan areas: Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lille, Nantes, Nice, Strasbourg, Montpellier and Rennes, as well as the Paris region outside Paris. Paris remains operated by Crozy.
A word from the team
Crozy was born in Paris from a simple idea: a corporate caterer that replies fast, shows its prices and delivers on time. We are opening the brand to a few entrepreneurs who share that standard, one area at a time, and we support them from the first order to the hundredth.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a franchise?
It is a brand licence: you run your own business under the Crozy brand, with your exclusive area on the website. As French law requires, you receive a pre-contractual information document at least twenty days before any signature or payment.
How is it different from a catering franchise?
No 150 to 300 m² production kitchen to finance, a €4,900 excl. VAT entry fee instead of tens of thousands of euros, and no royalty on your direct sales: you only pay a share of the orders the website brings you, plus a fixed brand fee.
Do I need to be a chef?
No. The Crozy method relies on organisation, preparation, freshness and attention to detail; it is learned at the Workshop, sheet by sheet.
Who sets the prices?
Crozy, on the website, so that every client finds the same price everywhere. For your direct sales, we provide recommended prices.
What hygiene rules apply?
Those of any caterer: registration of your premises, a food safety plan, cold-chain transport. We provide the templates and the training.
How much will I earn?
It depends on the potential of your area and on your direct sales. We review that potential with you before any commitment, with no revenue promise.
When can I start?
The first areas open in early 2027. Apply now to book a discovery appointment.
Do I need retail premises?
No shop front or retail location. Before your first order, however, you need premises that meet hygiene standards, registered with the food safety authorities and equipped to prepare and store chilled food.
Can I keep my current business?
Yes. A caterer or restaurant owner in business can add Crozy to their activity: your Crozy orders and your existing business stay separate.
How is my area defined?
Your area is a metropolitan area or a department. It is set with you before signing, after reviewing its potential: companies based there, requests received, competition.
How do I fund the personal contribution?
Your personal contribution, at least 15,000 euros, covers the entry fee and your starting cash. Bringing your premises up to standard and a refrigerated vehicle come on top; they can be financed with a bank loan or an interest-free honour loan, depending on your situation.
