The 8am team meeting, the handover between shifts, a divisional meeting or a quality review: pastries, bread, fruit, juice and hot drinks, delivered in the 7 to 9am window to the department office or the meeting room.

Give us the building, the entrance to use, the floor and the name of the person receiving the order. It is handed over at reception, to the department secretary or in the room you name, and never left without someone to sign for it.
Meetings that fit around patient care
The team meeting starts before ward rounds, the MDT meeting sits between two clinics. Choose a two-hour window between 7am and 7pm and tell us when the meeting starts: the delivery is planned to arrive before it.
Spending that has to be justified
The proposal and the invoice show each menu, the number of guests and the price per person, in the name of the hospital, clinic or company. Your compliance team has the per-attendee amounts it needs.
Dietary needs and allergies in every team

    Describe the occasion (headcount, timings, dietary needs, venue): a priced proposal comes back within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.

  3. On the day

    Delivery in the window you chose, handed over at reception, to the department secretary or to the person you named, delivery note signed.

  4. Afterwards

    The invoice in the name of the hospital, clinic or company is available in your customer account.

Yes, in the 7 to 9am window. Give us the meeting time, the building and the floor when you order, and the delivery is planned to arrive before it starts. We do not deliver before 7am.
