Do you deliver to Lille?

Yes, anywhere in Nord and the surrounding area, with 5 days' notice. The logistics line is costed on the real round trip from Paris, 460 km, at €640.

How is the delivery cost calculated?

On the real distance travelled by the refrigerated vehicle, round trip from Paris, not as a percentage of your order. The figure appears as its own line on the quote.

When does payment have to be received?

In full, when you order: by card straight away, or by bank transfer within three working days when the date allows. Nothing is produced before the funds are in.

Corporate event catering in Lille

Lille is the provincial city closest to Paris by train, which makes it a natural venue for single-day conventions, with sites right in the centre.

460 km: round trip from Paris, costed as its own line
5 days: minimum notice outside Île-de-France
€640: logistics, whatever the size of the order

Where we deliver in Lille

Lille Grand Palais: In the city centre, combining congress halls and an arena: delivery via the technical dock, badge to request from the organiser.
Stade Pierre-Mauroy: In Villeneuve-d'Ascq, receptions in boxes and lounges: professional entrances only.
Gare Lille Europe: The neighbouring office towers host many meetings: access through basement car parks with limited headroom.

We also deliver to offices and unusual venues across the city, in particular Euralille, Vieux-Lille, Villeneuve-d'Ascq, Roubaix.

The local constraint that changes the plan

Vieux-Lille is cobbled and narrow, with retractable bollards on several streets. Give the exact address and the delivery street, not just the building name.

How a delivery outside Île-de-France works

Everything is composed in Île-de-France and carried in a refrigerated vehicle, with an unbroken cold chain from loading to hand-over. The logistics line covers the real round trip, 460 km, and appears as its own line on the quote.

Allow 5 days between the order and the delivery. Payment is received before the service, as everywhere else: nothing is produced before the funds are in.
