Formats

What to order

A training session runs to fixed times, with trainees who don't know the neighbourhood and a trainer who doesn't want to lose the lunch break. These are the catalogue menus that suit those days, with their actual price per person.

Budget

What budget to plan for

Based on the starting price of the cheapest menu in each format: net prices, delivery included in Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne surcharge). From 100 guests the price per person drops by tier, so the actual total is lower. €300 minimum per delivery.

Your constraints

Your constraints, our answer

Sessions at fixed times
Tell us the start time and the lunch break: the delivery is timed in the window just before, to the training room or the break area. The first window opens at 7am.
A headcount known the day before
Registrations move until the last minute: the order is placed 24 hours ahead for the known headcount, 48 hours ahead from 100 guests. For a weekly session, the office subscription lets you adjust every week.
A hired room with no kitchen
Everything arrives ready to serve and is eaten cold, with disposable tableware included. No oven or fridge needed, just a table at the back of the room.
Funding bodies and supporting documents
The invoice details the menu, the number of trainees and the price per person, per session: it goes straight into a funding file. It is issued in the name of the provider or the client company.

How it works

How an order runs

  1. At least 24 hours ahead

Choose the menu online with the headcount, address and delivery window, then pay: the order is confirmed. Allow 48 hours from 100 guests.

  2. For anything bespoke

Describe the occasion (headcount, timings, dietary needs, venue): a priced proposal comes back within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.

  3. On the day

Delivery in the window you chose, handed over in the training room, at reception or to the person you named, delivery note signed.

  4. Afterwards

The invoice in the name of the provider or the client company is available in your customer account.

A headcount, a date and an address: that is all we need

Frequently asked

What should we budget for a training day with 15 trainees?
€691.50 at the listed price of the cheapest full-day menu in this format, i.e. €46.10 per person, welcome coffee, lunch and afternoon break included. Order at least 24 hours ahead.
Can you deliver every week for our recurring sessions?
Yes, by ordering each session online or through the office subscription, which fixes a day and a window and lets you adjust the headcount every week. An invoice is issued with each delivery.
Our trainees have different diets: how does it work?
Tell us the number per diet when you order: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal. Every tray is labelled and allergens are listed on every menu.
Do you deliver a coffee break on its own, without lunch?
Yes, from €5.70 per person, within the €300 minimum per delivery. Below that, combine the break and the lunch in one delivery.
