What to order
The occasions barely change from one administration to the next: New Year receptions in January, openings, meetings that run past noon. These are the catalogue menus that cover them, with their actual price per person.
Meetings, committees and panels
From €18.40 per person · 24 hours' notice
A tender committee, a recruitment exam panel, a cross-department meeting that carries on through lunch: one sealed tray per person, placed in front of each participant, with no buffet to set up in the council chamber.
Coffee for councillors before a council meeting, a public consultation at 8.30, a visiting delegation: pastries, fruit, juice and hot drinks delivered in the 7 to 9am window.
The New Year reception for staff, the opening of a new public facility, a long-service awards ceremony: savoury and sweet canapés ready to serve, split into several identical stations when the audience runs into the hundreds.
A seminar for senior managers, a training day or the annual staff day: welcome, breaks, lunch and a closing reception as a single line per participant.
Based on the starting price of the cheapest menu in each format: net prices, delivery included in Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne surcharge). From 100 guests the price per person drops by tier, so the actual total is lower. €300 minimum per delivery.
Prices are published online and the priced proposal itemises every line: menu, number of guests, price per person and delivery. It can go into your internal approval file before the order is placed.
Public buildings with controlled access
Town hall, prefecture, ministry: give us the service entrance, access hours, the name of the officer receiving the order and, if needed, the details required to register the driver at the security desk.
Ceremonies that start on time
A New Year reception starts at the time printed on the invitation. Choose a two-hour window between 7am and 7pm and tell us the start time: the delivery is planned to arrive before it.
Large and varied audiences
Vegetarian, pork-free, gluten-free, halal: dietary options and allergens are listed on every menu. From 100 guests, allow 48 hours of preparation, three days for 500 and four days for 1,000.

What should a town hall budget for a New Year reception for 200 staff?
€4,060 at the listed price of the cheapest cocktail menu in this format, which is €20.30 per person. From 100 guests the price per person falls by tier, so the actual total is lower. Order at least 48 hours ahead.
Can you provide a priced proposal before the spending is approved?
Yes. The proposal shows each menu, the number of guests, the price per person and delivery; for anything bespoke it arrives within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm).
How does a public body pay for an order?
By secure card payment when you order or, for a large order, by bank transfer against a purchase order signed online. Nothing is prepared before payment is received.
Do you deliver to buildings with controlled access?
Yes. Give us the service entrance, access hours and the name of the officer receiving the order; if the security desk needs the driver registered in advance, say so when you order.
Do you deliver to every town in Île-de-France?
Yes, across all eight départements with the same lead times; a delivery supplement applies in Seine-et-Marne. €300 minimum per delivery.
