The Full-Day Seminar Discovery covers the whole day without fuss. Croissants and pains au chocolat on arrival, savoury loaf cake and seasonal fruit at the morning break. For lunch, grated carrots and pesto pasta salad, cold roast chicken and vegetable tart, Brie and apple tart. Cookies and brownies in the afternoon, then a reception of six savoury and two sweet pieces per guest, with mini sandwiches, salmon bagels and gougères. Start from the classic, generous or vegetarian selection, then swap pieces one by one. Choose your exact number of guests, from 10 people, and the price follows every choice.
