- How much should a law firm budget for a working lunch?
- From €27.40 per person for an individual meal tray, ordered one by one. Prices are net, with delivery included across Île-de-France (a supplement applies in Seine-et-Marne) and a €300 minimum per delivery.
- Can you cater a closing that runs late?
- Yes. The last delivery window runs from 5 to 7pm, and both trays and canapés are served cold: they are still ready if the signing slips into the evening.
- Does the driver come into the meeting room?
- Only if you want them to. By default the order is handed over at reception or to the person you name. Give us the floor, the room and the name of whoever receives it when you order.
- How do you handle guests' dietary needs and allergies?
- Allergens are listed on every menu. Tell us the dietary requirements when you order (vegetarian, pork-free, gluten-free, vegan, halal): the relevant trays arrive labelled, and you can give us names so each person finds their own.
- How much notice do you need?
- 24 hours for most menus, 48 hours from 100 guests. A bespoke request gets a priced proposal within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.
- How does the firm pay?
- In full when you order, by secure card payment or, for a large firm order, by bank transfer against a purchase order signed online. Nothing is prepared before payment is received.
- Do you provide staff for a client reception?
- No. We deliver ready to serve and offer on-site buffet set-up by our team as an option; there are no service staff during the reception.
- Do you deliver to firms outside central Paris?
- Yes, across the whole of Île-de-France with the same lead times: La Défense, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Nanterre, Versailles and every other town in the eight départements.
