Office complex on the esplanade du Général-de-Gaulle; visitor reception is on the deck, but the delivery enters through the basement and up the goods lift to the floor, with a badge in the tenant's name.

Entrance on place des Saisons; security asks for the vehicle's number plate and the driver's name in advance, then reception calls the tenant, who either collects the delivery or has the floor opened.

Pôle universitaire Léonard-de-Vinci

Campus in the Faubourg de l'Arche, on avenue Léonard-de-Vinci; reception points you to the room, and the delivery comes in on foot from the street or the nearby public car parks, under the organiser's name.

The local constraint that changes the plan

No delivery vehicle drives on the La Défense deck: each tower has its own basement dock, reached by the underground road network from the boulevard circulaire, and requires the vehicle and driver to be registered beforehand. From dock to floor you need a badge and the goods lift, which adds time to unloading. Away from La Défense, Bécon and Charras are delivered from the street, with metered parking.
