How quickly do you deliver?
Most of our menus can be ordered 24 hours ahead. From 100 guests, allow at least 48 hours, more as the headcount grows, up to seven days on the very largest formats. The exact lead time is stated on every menu; the delivery slot is guaranteed and confirmed when you order.
Can I order online or do I need a quote?
Both. For standard menus, everything is online with net prices: you order without contacting anyone. For a bespoke event or more than 100 guests, our online quote tool sends you a proposal within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for an evening or overnight request.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes: vegetarian options on every menu, and any requirements (vegan, gluten-free, pork-free, halal) specified when ordering or requesting a quote are taken into account.
Do you deliver to our offices and meeting rooms?
We deliver directly to your meeting venue in Île-de-France (Greater Paris), set-up optional. You give the floor, the room and the on-site contact when ordering.
Do you offer a service with staff?
No, we do not provide service staff: everything is delivered ready to serve. We offer on-site set-up of the buffet as an option, charged by headcount; disposable tableware is included. Mention it in your quote request.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole of Île-de-France, that is all 8 departments: Paris (75), Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-Saint-Denis (93), Val-de-Marne (94), Yvelines (78), Essonne (91), Val-d'Oise (95) and Seine-et-Marne (77). Free delivery everywhere, with a €90 surcharge only in Seine-et-Marne. Every area has guaranteed delivery slots.
