What to order
A firm often orders for a room that is not its own: at the client's, in a training centre, in a venue hired for the offsite. These are the catalogue menus that keep up with those days, with their actual price per person.
Client workshop and steering committee
From €19.40 per person · 24 hours' notice
A scoping workshop, a steering committee or a final presentation that takes the whole day: one tray per participant, delivered to your client's meeting room so lunch does not break the momentum.
A two-day course with a morning and an afternoon break: coffee, tea, fruit and sweet bites, set out at the back of the room before the trainees arrive.
Candidates arriving at 8.30, one exercise after another, assessors who need to stay in the building: a welcome breakfast in the 7 to 9am window, then trays for the assessors' lunch.
A practice's annual offsite, the partners' day or the kick-off of busy season: welcome, breaks, lunch and a closing reception as a single line per participant.
Based on the starting price of the cheapest menu in each format: net prices, delivery included in Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne surcharge). From 100 guests the price per person drops by tier, so the actual total is lower. €300 minimum per delivery.
The delivery address can be your client's or a hired venue, while the invoice stays in the firm's name. Give us the room name, the floor and a contact on site.
Days timed to the minute
Choose a two-hour window between 7am and 7pm. For a training day, have the morning break delivered with the breakfast: everything is ready to serve and keeps until the break.
Costs recharged or tracked by engagement
The invoice shows each menu and the number of guests; add the engagement or session reference when you order so you can find it again in your customer account.
Participants coming from elsewhere
Dietary options (vegetarian, vegan, pork-free, gluten-free, halal) and allergens are listed on every menu; the relevant trays arrive labelled.
How it works
How an order runs
1
At least 24 hours ahead
Choose the menu online with the headcount, address and delivery window, then pay: the order is confirmed. Allow 48 hours from 100 guests.
2
For anything bespoke
Describe the occasion (headcount, timings, dietary needs, venue): a priced proposal comes back within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.
3
On the day
Delivery in the window you chose, handed over at reception or to the person you named, at your office or your client's, delivery note signed.
4
Afterwards
The invoice in the firm's name is available in your customer account.
A headcount, a date and an address: that is all we need
