The Seminar breakfast allows one and a half pastries per guest (croissants and pains au chocolat), multigrain bread with honey, two treats per guest shared between lemon cake, honey cereal bars and yoghurt with granola, a fresh fruit salad, dates and dried apricots, and an orange juice. Coffee, tea and water are unlimited. Start from the classic, indulgent or balanced selection, then swap pieces one by one. What budget should I plan for an office breakfast?
Outside the year-end range, allow between €11.40 and €24.60 per guest depending on the menu. The Continental Breakfast is €11.40 per guest, from 10 guests, coffee and tea included, on-site set-up optional. Year-end menus have their own prices, shown on each menu page.
What is the lead time for ordering?
24 hours is enough for most breakfast menus. From 100 people, allow at least 48 hours, more as the headcount grows, up to seven days for the very largest formats. The exact lead time is stated on every menu.
How many pastries per guest should I plan?
Allow 2 pastries per guest for a meeting breakfast, 1.5 for a large welcome completed with bread and savoury items. Quantities vary from one menu to another: each menu page shows its own, per guest, in its composition.
