What to order

At a trade fair you feed two groups: the team running the stand from opening to close, and the visitors you want to keep talking to. These are the catalogue menus for both, with their actual price per person.

What budget to plan for

Based on the starting price of the cheapest menu in each format: net prices, delivery included in Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne surcharge). From 100 guests the price per person drops by tier, so the actual total is lower. €300 minimum per delivery.

The exhibition centre's rules
Each venue sets its own delivery hours and access, and sometimes a list of approved caterers for food served on stands. Check this in the exhibitor manual, then give us the hall, aisle, stand number and on-site contact.
Several days on the floor
The trade show offer prices the whole run in a single proposal, with a day rate that falls over the duration. For a single delivery, ordering online is enough, with 24 hours' notice.
A stand with no kitchen and no room to spare
Everything arrives ready to serve, disposable tableware included, with nothing to plug in. Individual trays fit in the stand storeroom.
Conference volumes
The price per person drops at 200, 500, 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 guests. Lead times: 48 hours up to 200 guests, three days for 500, four for 1,000, five for 2,000 and seven beyond.

  1. Exhibitor manual in hand

    Check the venue's delivery hours and catering rules, then send us the hall, aisle, stand and contact.

  2. Within 2 hours during the day

    A priced proposal for one day or for the whole run of the show, itemised line by line.

  3. Sign-off

    Payment in full before the first day, by card or by bank transfer against a signed purchase order: the delivery windows are booked.

  4. Every day of the show

    Delivery in the agreed window, handed to the stand contact, delivery note signed; invoice in the exhibitor's or organiser's name.

What should we budget for a stand reception with 60 guests?
€1,218 at the listed price of the cheapest menu in this format, i.e. €20.30 per person. Prices are net, with delivery included across Île-de-France (a supplement applies in Seine-et-Marne).
Do you deliver to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris Nord Villepinte or the Palais des Congrès?
Yes, like every venue in Île-de-France, within each venue's delivery hours and catering rules. Check in the exhibitor manual whether food on stands is restricted to approved caterers.
Can we order for the whole show?
Yes, with the trade show offer: one proposal for the whole run, a day rate that falls over the duration, and a delivery every day in the agreed window.
Where do we keep the team's trays?
In the stand storeroom: the trays are sealed and eaten cold, in turns, between meetings.
How much notice for a conference with 800 delegates?
At least three days: that is the preparation time from 500 guests, and four days from 1,000. The priced proposal arrives within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm).
