The Mediterranean reception serves fourteen pieces per guest, nine savoury and five sweet, all vegetarian: houmous and tabbouleh verrines, falafels with tahini, marinated feta and olive picks, tomato-mozzarella skewers, bruschetta, tapenade toasts, mini houmous wraps and Spanish tortilla bites, followed by pistachio baklava, lemon tartlets, fresh fruit, financiers and macarons. Start from the mezze, Greek or Provençal selection, then swap pieces one by one; the price follows every choice. Enter your exact number of guests, from ten people. Everything arrives on platters ready to set out, with water and disposable tableware.
Frequently asked questions
How many pieces per guest for a cocktail reception?
Allow 8 pieces for a drinks reception, 12 to 14 for a lunchtime cocktail reception and 18 to 20 for an evening cocktail reception that replaces a meal (finger-food dinner). The year-round menus come in 8, 14 or 20 pieces per guest; the Prestige cocktail reception offers 14 by default. Year-end menus have a set number of pieces, shown on their menu page.
Do you provide service staff?
No, we do not provide service staff: the cocktail reception is delivered ready to serve and your guests help themselves. We offer on-site set-up of the buffet and, above 100 guests, furniture as options; disposable tableware is included.
Do you offer a halal cocktail reception?
