The Signature evening reception serves twenty pieces per guest, fourteen savoury and six sweet, to stand in for dinner: smoked salmon blinis, prawn cocktail spoons, salmon and dill verrines, summer rolls, smoked duck on spiced bread, Comté gougères and cheese, followed by macarons, chocolate fondants and red berry tartlets. Start from the signature, French classics or vegetarian selection, then swap pieces one by one; the price follows every choice. Enter your exact number of guests, from ten people. Frequently asked questions
How many pieces per guest for a cocktail reception?
Allow 8 pieces for a drinks reception, 12 to 14 for a lunchtime cocktail reception and 18 to 20 for an evening cocktail reception that replaces a meal (finger-food dinner). The year-round menus come in 8, 14 or 20 pieces per guest; the Prestige cocktail reception offers 14 by default. Year-end menus have a set number of pieces, shown on their menu page.
Do you provide service staff?
No, we do not provide service staff: the cocktail reception is delivered ready to serve and your guests help themselves. We offer on-site set-up of the buffet and, above 100 guests, furniture as options; disposable tableware is included.
Do you offer a halal cocktail reception?
