What to order
A sporting day starts early, often takes place outdoors and feeds people who have no time to sit down: volunteers, referees, partners, local officials. These are the catalogue menus that suit those days, with their actual price per person.
Volunteers' welcome and pre-race breakfast
From €11.40 per person · 24 hours' notice
A 6.30am volunteers' briefing is set up the day before; for a 9am start, pastries, bread, fruit, juice and hot drinks are delivered from 7am to race control or the clubhouse.
Referees between two matches, the judges of a competition, the organising team eating on the go: one sealed tray per person, handed over in person, nothing to set up.
The podium, the sponsors' evening, local officials welcomed in a box: savoury and sweet canapés ready to serve, laid out on tables in the clubhouse, a tent or a stadium lounge.
The partners' lunch in the village, the league's general meeting, the club presidents' day: a buffet to share, set out on tables, where everyone helps themselves.
Based on the starting price of the cheapest menu in each format: net prices, delivery included in Île-de-France (Seine-et-Marne surcharge). From 100 guests the price per person drops by tier, so the actual total is lower. €300 minimum per delivery.
Give us the exact address of the vehicle access, the name of the person receiving the order and where to leave it. Outdoors, plan a tent or a spot in the shade: everything arrives ready to serve and is eaten cold.
Very early starts
The first window opens at 7am. For an earlier briefing, the order is delivered the day before between 5 and 7pm and keeps chilled until the morning; ask for it in your request.
Athletes and diets
Balanced, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal menus are marked on every product page, with allergens. For trays, tell us the number per diet: every tray is labelled.
An invoice for a club or a federation
The proposal is priced line by line before any commitment, and the invoice is issued in the name of the club, the league or the federation, with its internal reference if it has one.
How it works
How an order runs
1
At least 24 hours ahead
Choose the menu online with the headcount, address and delivery window, then pay: the order is confirmed. Allow 48 hours from 100 guests.
2
For anything bespoke
Describe the occasion (headcount, timings, dietary needs, venue): a priced proposal comes back within 2 hours during the day (9am to 6pm), and before noon for a request sent in the evening or overnight.
3
On the day
Delivery in the window you chose, handed over at race control, at the clubhouse or to the person you named, delivery note signed.
4
Afterwards
The invoice in the name of the club, the league or the organiser is available in your customer account.
A headcount, a date and an address: that is all we need
What should we budget to feed 120 volunteers at breakfast?
€1,368 at the listed price of the cheapest breakfast menu in this format, i.e. €11.40 per person. Above 100 guests the price per person falls by tier, so the real total is lower. Order at least 48 hours ahead.
Do you deliver on Sundays, on competition day?
Yes. Saturdays and Sundays are booked like any other day, in our delivery windows from 7am to 7pm. Tell us the vehicle access and the contact on site.
Can you deliver a sporting event outside Île-de-France?
For large events, yes, anywhere in mainland France, with logistics priced online as a separate line. In Île-de-France the usual lead times apply: 24 hours, 48 hours from 100 guests.
Can the referees' trays be delivered in two batches?
Yes, each delivery is an order, with the €300 minimum per delivery. For a two-day tournament, a single proposal covers both deliveries.
