The world street-food buffet serves two starters, a main and a dessert per guest. The World tour selection brings together houmous with vegetable sticks, mint tabbouleh and crunchy quinoa salad, then tikka-style chicken, sesame tofu and falafels with yoghurt sauce, with pistachio baklavas and a fresh fruit salad. Start from this selection, the Mezze or the Vegetarian one, then swap dishes one by one; the Generous level serves three starters and larger portions. How many dishes should I plan for a lunch buffet?
Most of our buffets serve, per guest, two portions of starters and salads, one cold main dish, cheese and one dessert, with several kinds to choose from in each category; the generous menus and the year-end menus serve more. Each menu page shows its quantities per guest.
