The summer cold buffet serves two starters, a main and a dessert per guest. The Summer selection pairs mint tabbouleh, pesto pasta and crunchy quinoa salad with gravlax salmon, cold roast chicken and vegetable tart, finishing with a fresh fruit salad. Start from this selection, the Generous or the Vegetarian one, then swap dishes one by one; the Full level adds cheese.
