Designed for the end of the morning, this savoury break turns the 11am pause into a genuinely convivial moment. Composed on the morning itself from fresh, seasonal produce, it brings together soft mini club sandwiches, sliced savoury loaf cakes and fresh aperitif glasses. The flavours are deliberately varied - roast chicken, smoked salmon, goat's cheese and courgette, houmous - so that every palate around the table finds something to enjoy. Delivered arranged on serving platters and ready to pick at, it is the natural companion to a workshop, a committee meeting or a session that stretches on towards lunch. A vegetarian alternative is guaranteed, and still and sparkling water is included along with disposable tableware.
