Our classic poultry tray is the simple, effective answer for feeding large teams without complexity, composed on the day. To start, a Caesar salad revisited with crispy chicken, parmesan shavings and golden croutons. The main course features a roast chicken supreme with its jus, served with a creamy potato gratin and fine green beans. A vegetarian version with vegetable gratin is available as an alternative. A portion of mature cheese comes before a coffee tiramisu. Country bread, cutlery and a napkin are included. Delivered anywhere in Île-de-France, the ideal format for your seminars, training days and large-headcount events. Scaled here for 500 guests, at a volume rate of €36.10 per person. Delivered in a refrigerated vehicle, split across several serving points; disposable tableware included, on-site set-up and furniture optional. Lead time: three days. Delivered across Paris and Île-de-France; on-site set-up remains optional.

Can we order meal trays by the unit?
Yes, you order by the unit, with a minimum order of €300 per delivery, that is seven to eleven trays depending on the model. You adjust the number of trays and the main course choice for each guest.
Is there a halal meal tray?
Yes. Pork-free is specified when you order, on any tray; for a fully halal version, the Halal meal tray is €44.30 each, with two menus to choose from, certified halal meat, no pork and no alcohol, delivered sealed and labelled for a mixed team.
