This quality seminar day is tailored for an executive committee of ten people, with care given to every detail. A welcome of speciality coffees, freshly squeezed juices and filled brioches, carefully made breaks with macarons and fine patisserie. At midday, the carefully made buffet brings together beef fillet, salmon gravlax, roast chicken, a vegetarian truffle risotto, glazed vegetables and a board of mature cheeses. The day closes with an evening cocktail reception of fifteen pieces per person. Everything is composed on the morning of delivery, with vegetarian alternative and pork-free guaranteed. Delivered ready to place in your Île-de-France premises; disposable tableware included, on-site set-up optional.
