Our Signature buffet is built for the corporate lunches that count: seminars, executive committees and training days. Composed on the morning of delivery from fresh, seasonal produce, it brings together a generous assortment of starters, two hot dishes with a systematic vegetarian alternative, a board of mature cheeses and a selection of pastry desserts. Everything is delivered ready to place, with bread, water and disposable tableware; set-up optional. A vegetarian and pork-free option is guaranteed at every station; other diets (vegan, gluten-free, halal) are specified when ordering. Allow around 450 g of food per guest: a proper lunch that carries the team through the afternoon, not a simple snack.
