This buffet celebrates the kitchens of the world in a generous, colourful format, presented by families of flavours, easy to graze from. You travel from the Levant with a full mezze of hummus, falafel, Lebanese tabbouleh and pita bread, on to Latin America with its golden empanadas and fresh salsa, then to Asia with balanced bowls of rice, crunchy vegetables and fragrant sauces. A large share of the preparations is vegetarian, several are vegan, and a pork-free alternative is guaranteed across the whole buffet. Served with travelling sweet bites, bread, still and sparkling water and tableware, it turns a corporate lunch, an after-work event or a launch into a proper gourmet stopover for 50 guests without anyone leaving the office.
