This seminar day focuses on lightness and energy for twenty people, without sacrificing any pleasure. The welcome is built around cold-pressed juices, green teas and wholemeal breads; the breaks alternate energy balls, fresh fruit and chia verrines. The balanced lunch buffet brings together poke bowls, grain salads, marinated fish and crunchy vegetables, with a complete vegetarian alternative at every stage. The closing cocktail reception stays fresh and easy to digest, around gazpachos and maki. Everything is composed on the morning of delivery with seasonal produce. Delivery included, set-up optional anywhere in Île-de-France, for an intense working day where clarity and energy last until evening.
