Designed for large gatherings, this seminar day feeds five thousand guests from the welcome to the closing cocktail reception, with logistics fully taken care of. Welcome coffee, indulgent morning and afternoon breaks, a lunch buffet with four salads, two hot dishes and a vegetarian dish, then a cocktail reception of ten pieces per person. The food is split across several serving stations to keep service flowing and avoid queues. Every preparation is composed on the day, with pork-free guaranteed and vegetarian alternatives at every station. Free delivery in Île-de-France.
