This entirely vegan seminar day treats a small team of ten people from morning to evening, with no animal products at all. A welcome of plant-based milks, freshly squeezed juices and vegan brioches, breaks with energy balls, fresh fruit and coconut yoghurts. The lunch buffet rolls out buddha bowls, vegetable curry, lentil dal, grain salads, hummus, falafel and guacamole. The closing cocktail reception extends the pleasure with plant-based verrines, maki and bruschetta. Generous and colourful, the plates satisfy without any lack of indulgence. Everything is composed early in the morning with seasonal produce. Delivery included, set-up optional anywhere in Île-de-France, ready to enjoy with no handling or reheating.
