Designed for small teams, this entirely vegetarian seminar day accompanies ten guests from morning to evening without ever becoming repetitive. A welcome of brioches and freshly squeezed juices, a vitamin-packed mid-morning break, a colourful lunch buffet built on buddha bowls, vegetable tarts and coconut milk curry, then a sweet afternoon break and a cocktail reception of plant-based bites to close. Every preparation is composed early in the morning with seasonal vegetables and grains. No meat or fish, but generous, filling plates that suit everyone. Our teams deliver everything in your Île-de-France premises, ready to enjoy with no reheating or handling.
