This wellbeing seminar day accompanies twenty people with light, plant-based plates full of freshness. A welcome of cold-pressed detox juices, herbal teas and dried fruit and nuts, breaks with energy balls, plant-based yoghurts and chia verrines. The lunch buffet brings together buddha bowls, grain salads, roasted vegetables, hummus, falafel and seasonal cold soups. The closing cocktail reception stays fresh and easy to digest, around plant-based verrines and maki. Naturally plant-based, the whole suits the most attentive diets. Everything is composed on the morning of delivery with seasonal produce. Delivery included, set-up optional anywhere in Île-de-France, for a working day where everyone stays light and focused.
