Our most complete evening cocktail reception, reserved for big company evenings, inaugurations and galas bringing together two thousand guests. Eighteen pieces per person make up a true standing dinner, shaped on the day from fresh, seasonal produce. Carefully made cold bites of smoked salmon and blinis, swordfish tartare, king prawn skewers and well-crafted hot pieces sit alongside boards of mature cheeses, a pain surprise (filled sandwich loaf) and a wide selection of pastry petits fours. Presentation gets particular care, on trays ready to place. Delivery anywhere in Île-de-France, to be ordered five days ahead. Scaled here for 2000 guests, at a volume rate of €39.60 per person. Heavy logistics: staged refrigerated deliveries and serving points by zone; disposable tableware included, on-site set-up and furniture optional. Lead time: five days. How many pieces per guest for a cocktail reception?
Allow 8 to 10 pieces for a drinks reception, 12 to 14 for a lunchtime cocktail reception and 16 to 18 for an evening cocktail reception that replaces a meal (finger-food dinner). Our menus range from 11 to 18 pieces per guest; the Prestige cocktail reception offers 14.
Do you provide service staff?
No, we do not provide service staff: the cocktail reception is delivered ready to serve and your guests help themselves. We offer on-site set-up of the buffet and, above 100 guests, furniture as options; disposable tableware is included.
Do you offer a halal cocktail reception?
