In detail
This tray heads for the Mediterranean with sun-filled flavours composed on the day. To start, a trio of mezze: hummus, smoky aubergine caviar and Lebanese tabbouleh with fresh herbs. The main course offers a choice of lemon-marinated chicken skewers, sea bream fillet with confit tomato or vegetable and chickpea tagine, served with fragrant couscous and grilled vegetables. A portion of feta marinated in olive oil and herbs extends the journey before a honey and pistachio baklava. Pitta bread, cutlery and a napkin are included. Delivered anywhere in Île-de-France with at least 24 hours' notice, full of colour and freshness.

Can we order meal trays by the unit?
Yes, you order by the unit, with a minimum order of €300 per delivery, that is seven to eleven trays depending on the model. You adjust the number of trays and the main course choice for each guest.
Is there a halal meal tray?
Yes. Pork-free is specified when you order, on any tray; for a fully halal version, the Halal meal tray is €44.30 each, with two menus to choose from, certified halal meat, no pork and no alcohol, delivered sealed and labelled for a mixed team.
