Designed for large headcounts without losing any of the pleasure, this tray follows the codes of the Parisian bistro, composed on the morning of delivery. To start, eggs mimosa and a small crunchy salad with mustard vinaigrette. The dish of the day is a choice of: chicken supreme with forest mushroom sauce, pollack fillet with sorrel or vegetable gratin with comté, served with mash or seasonal vegetables. A portion of mature cheese extends the meal before a chocolate mousse or a thin apple tart. Traditional French bread, cutlery and a napkin are included. Delivered anywhere in Île-de-France, a complete, unifying lunch for your seminars and large meetings. Scaled here for 2000 guests, at a volume rate of €34.70 per person. Heavy logistics: staged refrigerated deliveries and serving points by zone; disposable tableware included, on-site set-up and furniture optional. Lead time: five days. Delivered across Paris and Île-de-France; on-site set-up remains optional.

Can we order meal trays by the unit?
Yes, you order by the unit, with a minimum order of €300 per delivery, that is seven to eleven trays depending on the model. You adjust the number of trays and the main course choice for each guest.
Is there a halal meal tray?
Yes. Pork-free is specified when you order, on any tray; for a fully halal version, the Halal meal tray is €44.30 each, with two menus to choose from, certified halal meat, no pork and no alcohol, delivered sealed and labelled for a mixed team. We deliver our catering menus, including meal trays, in Paris and the eight departments of Île-de-France, with 120 hours' notice. On-site set-up is offered as an option.
