Seasonal Fresh Fruit Break - 1000 people

Designed for one thousand people, this break gives pride of place to seasonal fresh fruit, prepared on the day. On the programme: generous baskets, colourful skewers, fruit salad cups and ready-to-eat fruit segments, according to what the market brings in that week. Whole-bean coffee, teas and herbal infusions accompany the table, with freshly pressed juices for a vitamin note. Ideal for a large seminar, a convention or a company day where lightness matters, it refreshes without weighing anyone down. Given the volume involved, we ask for four days to prepare, deliver at your workplace anywhere in Île-de-France. Small bowls, cocktail sticks, cups and napkins are included, for a healthy break that stays easy to share in large numbers. Scaled here for 1000 guests, at a volume rate of €7.90 per person. Dedicated logistics: refrigerated vehicles and serving points spread across the space; disposable tableware included, on-site set-up and furniture optional. Lead time: four days. Delivered across Paris and Île-de-France; on-site set-up remains optional.
