An evening cocktail reception with the flavours of South-West France, ideal for warm company evenings, after-work drinks and regional-themed events. Fifteen pieces per guest celebrate a region that loves good food, shaped on the morning of delivery from fresh, seasonal produce. Cured duck breast toasts, piperade verrines, mini sheep's milk cheese loaf cakes, pulled duck confit bites, stuffed piquillo peppers and tomato skewers come before sweet treats such as mini cannelés and prune tartlets. The emphasis is on bold, generous flavours. Everything arrives on platters, ready to place on the buffet and standing tables, with country bread and water. Delivered ready to place anywhere in Île-de-France, with 24 hours' notice, on-site set-up optional.

How many pieces per guest for a cocktail reception?
Allow 8 to 10 pieces for a drinks reception, 12 to 14 for a lunchtime cocktail reception and 16 to 18 for an evening cocktail reception that replaces a meal (finger-food dinner). Our menus range from 11 to 18 pieces per guest; the Prestige cocktail reception offers 14.
Do you provide service staff?
No, we do not provide service staff: the cocktail reception is delivered ready to serve and your guests help themselves. We offer on-site set-up of the buffet and, above 100 guests, furniture as options; disposable tableware is included.
Do you offer a halal cocktail reception?
