The Crozy autumn buffet celebrates the flavours of the season for a comforting team lunch. Composed on the morning of delivery, it is delivered in your Île-de-France offices. Red kuri squash velouté and a lentil salad with cured duck breast open the meal, followed by a chicken supreme with mushrooms and a squash and sage risotto for the vegetarian version. Sweet potato mash and a chicory salad with walnuts and comté complete the buffet, before autumn cheeses, a pear tart and an apple crumble. Ideal for a seasonal lunch, a team meeting or a cosy moment at the office. Order at least 24 hours ahead, warm and seasonal.
