The Crozy bistro buffet brings the feel of a Parisian bistro to your working lunch. Composed on the morning of delivery, it is delivered in your Île-de-France offices. Terrine, gherkins and egg mayonnaise open the meal in the purest tradition, followed by a meltingly tender braised beef cheek and a vegetable parmentier for the vegetarian version. Gratin dauphinois and a green salad with walnuts accompany the dishes, before a board of camembert, comté and blue cheese. Chocolate mousse and lemon tart close this bistro-style lunch. Perfect for a small group, a team lunch or a meeting worth eating well at. Order at least 24 hours ahead, generous and no fuss.
