The Crozy country buffet brings the taste of the countryside to your teams' table. Composed on the morning of delivery, it is delivered in your Île-de-France premises. A plate of cured pork meats with gherkins and a country salad with bacon lardons open the meal, followed by a generous potée hotpot and a root vegetable gratin for the vegetarian version. Baby potatoes and seasonal salads accompany the dishes, followed by cheeses, country bread and a rustic fruit tart. Perfect for a warm team lunch, a department party or a convivial meeting for fifty. Order at least 24 hours ahead, authentic, rustic and generous.
