The Crozy flexitarian buffet puts vegetables centre stage while keeping a poultry option to please everyone. Composed on the morning of delivery, it is delivered in your Île-de-France offices. A duo of hummus and aubergine caviar and a lentil and feta salad open the meal, followed by a headline vegetable and chickpea curry and sliced chicken with vegetables for meat eaters. Herb bulgur and crunchy crudités complete the buffet, followed by assorted cheeses, a fruit salad and cookies. Ideal for a small team with mixed diets, a workshop or a meeting. Order at least 24 hours ahead, balanced and generous.
