French Classics Buffet - 2000 people

The Crozy French classics buffet brings your guests together around the great dishes of the French table. Composed on the morning of delivery, it is delivered in your Île-de-France premises by our team. Pâté en croûte, rillettes, eggs mimosa and grated carrot salad open the meal, followed by a slow-cooked beef bourguignon and a courgette gratin with a vegetable flan for the vegetarian version. Fondant potatoes, green salad and piémontaise potato salad complete the buffet, followed by a board of French cheeses, a tarte Tatin and éclairs. Designed for a large corporate lunch, a seminar or an internal celebration, it reassures and satisfies. A generous and unifying large format. Scaled here for 2000 guests, at a volume rate of €32.80 per person. Heavy logistics: staged refrigerated deliveries and serving points by zone; disposable tableware included, on-site set-up and furniture optional. Lead time: five days. Delivered across Paris and Île-de-France; on-site set-up remains optional.
