The Crozy sharing buffet is made for large tables where everyone helps themselves freely. Composed early in the morning, it is delivered in your Île-de-France premises by our team. Charcuterie boards, crudités and assorted quiches open the meal, followed by a colourful Basque-style chicken and a pasta and vegetable gratin for the vegetarian version. Rice, ratatouille and large mixed salads fill the buffet, served with cheeses and fresh bread. Brownies, tarts and seasonal fruit round off this generous feast. Ideal for a large team lunch, a department party or a team-wide event. A plentiful and warm large format. Scaled here for 500 guests, at a volume rate of €34.00 per person. Delivered in a refrigerated vehicle, split across several serving points; disposable tableware included, on-site set-up and furniture optional. Lead time: three days. Delivered across Paris and Île-de-France; on-site set-up remains optional.
