The simplest answer to a mixed office at lunchtime is a buffet everyone can eat, and this one is halal from end to end. The meats are certified halal, chicken, beef and lamb, served cold and cut for a buffet; there is no pork anywhere and no alcohol in any dish, dressing or dessert. Around the meats, composed salads and a spread of mezze give the table its colour, with cheeses and bread to go with them. The sweet end mixes oriental pastries with patisserie desserts, so the finish is as shared as the rest. Composed on the morning of delivery, the buffet arrives on platters ready to place, labelled, with disposable tableware included; on-site buffet set-up is available as a paid option. Delivered across Paris and Île-de-France with 48 hours' notice. Sized for 30 people and extended on a quote for larger groups: the same menu feeds a department lunch, a training day or a client meeting with no second buffet to organise.
