The Crozy healthy buffet puts freshness and balance first, for a lunch that keeps your teams sharp all afternoon. Composed on the morning of delivery, it is delivered in your Île-de-France offices. You will find a seasonal vegetable velouté, a quinoa and chickpea salad with herbs, a herb-roasted chicken breast, a lentil dahl as the vegetarian version, oven-roasted vegetables and brown rice. The fromage blanc with dried fruit and the fresh fruit salad bring a light finish to the meal. Designed for a working lunch, a wellbeing workshop or a small meeting, it combines pleasure and lightness without weighing down the afternoon.
